Speaker & Facilitator

Moving people from apathy to empathy and from empathy to action is at the heart of what I always work to do.

Whether facilitating discussions, sharing on panels, leading workshops or delivering presentations, my goal is to give people the courage and support they need to take their next right step towards making our world a better place.

I love to tell my story, and have real conversations with the people who come to hear me. And I intentionally work to address issues around race and LGBTQ+ inclusion in a way that helps people speak openly and honestly to each other.

Topics

LGBTQ+ Identity in Worship | Anti-Racism | The Impact of Ex-Gay Theology | Is Your Church Really Welcoming to LGBTQ People? | #MakeLoveLouder | Intersectionality | The Intersection of Race and LGBTQ Identity | Spiritual Abuse and being Wounded by Church | Making Worship More Inclusive

I’ve had the opportunity to lead workshops, seminars and discussions at a number of conferences, retreats, churches and universities across the country. If you’re interested in having me be part of your event, please use the contact form on this page to get in touch!
